10 Feeder Breeders Compared

Good idea but I'm sad to see that roaches were not taken in to account. Considering that tropical roaches are fast becoming the most popular feeder for the gecko community, I think that you do a bit of disservice by not including roach breeders/sellers here as well. I would think that at least dubia and lateralis roaches should be included. Also, I'm distraught to see Wormman on this list of "top sellers" as he has an extremely poor track record (check the threads about him on BOI). I myself have had personal bad experience with him as well. So I can safely say first hand that the quality of his service is poor at best (and that's being generous). In any case, thanks for putting forth the effort. I think that it's a good idea, just lacking a bit in the research and content. Just my 2 cents.

Great post...I like free crickets (breed you own).

What about the other less looked at stuff that will becoming popular as soon as people figure how easy they are to breed and keep? I.E. firebrats, woodlice, buffalo worms, bean weevils, rice flour beetles, springtails...ect. ect. ect...

These are for more of the dendrobates, amphibians, smaller geckos and spiders and stuff I guess? Well, I know anoles and other small geckos like them...

2 cents here too.

My knowledge does not expand that far yet. I would be more than happy to have guest authors cover those topics though.

I just saw your site Ken.. maybe when you feel like you've mastered the breeding you can write one for us. :)
