leopard gecko HELP ME PLZ

i had a baby girl gecko and i had to exchange her for another one because she wasnt eating and she eventually formed a black spot and the new one i got has the same black shots but this time on the lower body is there something wrong with it

I know this is way old. But something like this should not be left unresolved.

It looks like a full belly of crickets or mealworms or whatever food you are feeding it to me.

Second opinions?

Unless you have a vet palpate the abdominal area there's no way to tell. Looks like organs in all the right places....
