humid hide

hey guys, quick question.

Is it better to have your humid hide on the hot or cool side?

I realize it may be more humid on the hot side, but I think you might have to mist it several times a day.

Does it produce enough humidity if you have it on the cool side?

Technically everyone should have one on each side, totally to four hides in the tank. I think if you want to mist the hide every day, put it on the hot side, or if you plan on breeding. otherwise the cold side would be fine. Honestly it doesn't matter.

I keep mine in the middle, but I really don't think it matters, as long as it's moist.

I have a long tupperware for the humid big enough to be both warm and cool

I have mine on the hot side, I spray it in the evening but its dry by morning, not that its a problem, he's a good shedder so hes in and out all new and sparkly by morning

On the hot side because when heat hits it it highers the humidity.
