Well I have never had this problem but is she eating well? and is she shedding well? and is she pooping well? if all of the things I have said she is doing then I would keep a good eye on her and do you have a herp vet? if not then maybe you might want to get one so if something does come up with her then you can take her to a vet so I would just keep a eye on her and see what happends next.

i have to go get more crickets for her today, but yes, she eats well and poops well, and she just shed yesterday. she's soaking in warm water and i'm in the process of removing the leftovers from her feet. i'm just worried because you can see the blood vessels in her arms/legs. and i dont know of any reptile vets around here, i've been looking and so far none within 25 miles.

That's really bizarre.. Are you supplementing her food with calcium and vitamins? What is the setup in your tank along with temperatures? I have heard of MBD causing swelling but I'm not 100% sure if that's the case here... Try to find an exotics vet. Your best bet is: Herp Vet Connection

I would also recommend signing up at http://www.geckoforums.net/index.php and posting there as well to see some other opinions on it.

yes, i have a calcium dish and i feed her gut-loaded crickets. i just put seven in right now and she hasn't eaten any yet. and i'm not sure where the closest reptile vet is. she was like this when my dad found her in the hotel he works at and it hasn't gotten any better.

Check that website and it should help you find somewhere, it's at least a start.

Make sure you dust her crickets with the supplement as well. Make sure she is also getting vitamin D3 in her supplementation about once a week. D3 is critical for calcium absorption.

Do you use a vitamin d3 supplement? All the calcium in the world wont do any good without vitamin d3(allows absorption of calcium). I would almost definitely say its mbd... At this stage of it a vet visit is a must for the vitamin injections to reverse the effects.

Yeah dusting her food is really important and yes you can get that at petsmart or petco or pets suppies plus and now I can't tell you what to use but I use for my girl Reptocal it is good for growing reptiles cuz she is still very young you should be dusting her food everytime you feed her and when she is fully grown then 2 times a week. :)

Now is she fully grown? cuz Iam looking at her pictures and she looks full grown do you know if she is or not? cuz if she is fully grown whoever had this girl did not give her the right supplements and that could be why her legs look the way they do and plus her tail should have a little more fat on it.
