Lola is a hypo tangerine and Tony is a high yellow. I think they're adorable and Tony is nice and fat!

Would you say Tony is "nice and fat" in a good way, or a -careful, he's on the verge of too fat kinda way?
I feed Tony and Lola 3-4 super worms on Mondays and Wednesdays and then 4-6 super worms on Fridays because they won't get fed over the weekend (I don't have access to my classroom). I thought this was enough, since they're both adults, but sometimes they seriously attack their food and don't chew all the way....sometimes I'm afraid they are choking cause they'll lick their lips and I can still see worm parts at the back of their mouths..... I don't want to OVERFEED them by giving them super worms every day.....any suggestions? Or am I just being paranoid?
