does anyone know the proper (healthy ) weight for a 1yr old leo gecko. i bought a couple of sisters about 3 week ago, they did look a bit small, but lovely geckos. but i thought , no probs ill feed them up. when i got them home i weighed them, they were 29 - 30 g. since then one of them broke her leg, so ive had to seperate her..................neither of them are good eaters, the one with the broken leg will have 1 wax worm every other night ( she wont touch locusts, criks, or mealies. the other one only eats 1 - 2 mealies every other day. i make sure they both get nutrabol twice a week, and cricket dust 99% calcium is always in their vivs. but to me they seem underweight and look quite skinny. i have a female who is 8 month old and she weighs 43g and looks very healthy. can anyone help as what i should try to feed them up. thanks wench

They should be at least 60, but can get up to 100g. As for eating habits, sometimes leos won't eat for up to a week after being placed in a new environment and should never be held before they are eating regularly.
By the time you bought them they may have gotten worms, but I can't tell for certain without pictures.

Awesome! I'm happy for you, I would've been really worried if my year old leo was 30 grams!
