P.m.g - Soft jaw?

I've recently notice litle deformation on lower jaw on my 8 months old P.m.grandis.
Does it look like a "soft jaw" (MBD) or is it more like a injury when feeding (especially with big zophobas, when she hammers it on screan of the terrarium).

It doesn`t look dramatically to me, maybe she got injured there. Does she have problems with eating?

Do you use UV-bulbs and vitamins? If not it could be the beginning of a soft jaw, too.

I use UVB-bulb, D3 and calcium once in a week in baby food, and lately I sprinkle calcium on roaches and other live food.

Is it posible, for phelsuma, to have calcium sack and MBD at the same time?
