Anyone know where in Tanzania Homopholis Fasciata is found? Are they from the highlands, serengeti, coastal flatlands? I've seen some of you discussing the possibility of them needing a brumation period to breed successfully which suggests to me they're a highland species.
Anyone have a natural history book or field guide with some info, or know an importer that has some locale information?
I'm getting a pair of these little guys and have seen most of you are keeping them at 70-90F and some of you have got eggs from them. I'm wondering if they naturally experience a cold cycle and what kind of precipitation they see throughout the year.
Anyone have some data and/or field experience to share?
