useing incubater with fan?

i have two incubaters one is a hovabator and the other is a turn x something, i thought the hovabator did not have a fan but it dos, i have read that incubators with fans dry out reptile eggs, iam incubateing L williamsi eggs, and most are in the bamboo tubes they were layed in so i cant realy put them in a contianer to keep in the humidity up,

All of my hovabators are the type with no fan. But it seems like it should be easy enough to disconnect or disable the fan. It should only be two wires to it.
