when cresties are a week old well a week and 4 days is it ok to keep them together and for how long can i keep them together like this i have them in a plastic little cage now and it is sitting on its end with a fake plant they hide in they seem to be getting along i check eveyday to make sure.

as long as they are the same size you should be able to keep them together for a while
i would separate them at around 6 months

they were born a day apart is 6 months when the males usally mature?

Hi. For my eye, about 6+ months to mature. Variables such as rate of growth etc will always cause some variation. Just keep watch for aggresive
individuals or size variation within the group.

males typically mature at 9 months but 6 months is when I would suggest just to be safe.

Absolutely agree with Msshlee, even though they're not mature at 6 months that's when they usually start showing aggression, getting a 'pecking order' which means there's always going to be one at the bottom
