One of my leopard geckos ( he is about 1 year old) is only eating once every 2-3 days:-x? The temp is set at 80-83 F. Is the temp to low? I tried hand feeding him two days a go and he ate four crickets. But, the last two days he will not eat. I am keeping a journal of how much he eats and what the temp is and so on. So I know that for the last month the feeding has been on and off. I will continue later

Yes, temps are too low.
Should be no colder than 86 degrees on the warm side.

Sounds normal to me, although temps should be a little higher on warm side, as chewbacca has said. Most geckos will not eat every day, and I would say it's just about right to feed them every 2-3 days.
Also, remember that leopard geckos have a large fat supplies, so they don't need to eat every day.
It's not uncommon for leopard geckos to go on hunger strike and not eat for a week or so.
