Ursula and Reckoner

I tried a black background in my light box today.

First I snagged up Ursula because I needed to take pics of her anyway.
Then I snagged up Reckoner, my baby tang enigma.

Ursula is one of my 8 year old normal females. For some reason she is not as dark as she used to be. I do not know if it has anything to do with her laying eggs or if it's the 3% super pig that is in the old CGD that I gut-load her roaches with.

And here's a silly one of Ursula. She was peeking out of her hide at me.
She's so cute.

Thanks, guys!

Taking LOTS of pics and practicing + good equipment=decent shots.
I shoot with a Nikon D300 and most of the time I use my 60mm macro f2.8 AF-S lens. And I use my SB600 flash unit with a lumiquest soft box attached.
I also use a huge, clear, sterilite bin turned on its long side and I put poster board inside of it, kind of bowed backwards for my backgrounds.

But today I can look back, with a fresh eye, and see simple post processing mistakes I made.
I get tired post processing eye REAL quick when I'm post processing the same pic for long time.
