Eurydactylodes enclosure size

I recently acquired 2.2 E. agricolae. I am an advocate of providing as much space as feasible for any given captive animal. I am currently housing them in a temporary quarantine tank however I planned on upgradeing to either a 20 H or 29. I have a 55 in the shed however and I was wondering if this would be too large? I understand that searching for eggs becomes more probelmatic as the enclosure size increases. All of the sizes mentioned are in standard US aquarium gallon measurements so I apologize to those in the rest of the world for not being more specific (I am trying to watch True Blood as I write this). Suggestions?

Hi Chip,

You can house a pair or a trio in a 12x12x18 (LxWxH) tank, I wouldn't reccomend putting 2 pairs together as the males my fight.

I too am using 12x12x18 for each gecko when they're not together, and for a pair when they are.

I house my pair in a 10 gallon turned on its side. The demensions are 10X12X20H. That gives them plenty of room.

I also have a 20 H that has a permanent divider in place. I forgot all about having it (I used it years ago for tarantulas). It should work perfectly. I appreciate all of the input.
