Nice set of pictures, good progression shots.

Funny how he goes from gecko on hand, to gecko on glove, to ehh, not even going to try and touch you...

He is very pretty.

Thanks, guys.

We had a little setback in handling a few months ago. He jumped off me and ran behind a bunch of furniture and it was a mad scramble to get him back. He actually bit me for the first time during that ordeal. And when I got him back in his enclosure, he didn't come out of hiding for two days. So now I'm working on just gaining his trust. He never liked me just reaching in there and grabbing him anyways, so I'm taking a new approach. I've got him eating out of my bare hand...I'm just waiting for him to actually climb into my hand. It will happen, though.

I can never get over how gorgeous Tokay Geckos are! I'll admit I'm a bit intimidated by their aggression, although he seems to be okay with you handling them in the first few shots.

Thanks for sharing these pics. :)

I think your idea of letting him crawl into your hand for food and getting used to you again is a good way to regain his trust without getting him too scared. Good luck!
