My golden gecko eggs finally hatched!

Isn't he/she a little cutie!?

On one of them, there is a large, loose redish clump on its stomach, towards the bottom... any idea's what this could be?

Cute! Congratulations. The red clump is likely the last bit of the umbilicus that attached the hatchling to its yolk sac inside the egg. It should drop off by itself.
