His feet do not stick to the glass. He's slide down to the glass. Why? So far, there was no such problem. Recently, a long time trying to swallow a large larvae. About 1 hour after spat. This evening, after lying he down at the bottom of the terrarium, I almost died. He's recovered, but the legs do not stick to the glass. What's happening? It will pass?

Sorry, but i'm not too good in English.

This is my male grandis. It's a half year old.

My peac0ck did the same thing for a while. I think increasing the humidity at night and allowing the tank to dry during the day helped but I can't be sure.

Edit: does anyone else find it annoying that you can't say ****roaches or pea**** without censorship?

Try boosting his humidity, he's most likely going into shed or has a little bit still stuck. Otherwise he looks like a healthy boy!

P.S I think your english is great, better then mine sometimes!

Hi
Thank you for all the advice!
The humidity is 60-70%
2-3 times per day Humidifiers

So maybe his fingers are dehydrated and therefore do not stick to the glass?

I have heard from others that had been such a problem, but after the next shed his foot is stick to the glass.

I repeat that there has been only since she could not eat the big bug larvae. 1 hour tried it, only the larva's head was hanging out of his mouth. I think it is so worn that it almost killed him. Then, looking stiffly 1 point, was still clinging to the glass. The color was very dark. Did not want to eat anything. Korvimin + honey mixture smeared on his nose licked it. Since then healthy. But does not stick his feet since then. Can not really hunt.

The humidity will increase somewhat, but somehow I feel that the "fight" of the beetle larvae is a consequence.

i think it will be more likely that he is about to shed or has some retained shed on his feet rather than the big bug causing the unstickiness.sometimes vitamin calcium deficiancy can cause problems with unstickiness .

i have found calcium deficiencies to be the number one cause of this. It happened to a borbonica of mine as well as some other species. The calcium has to be kept really high. Do not try and feed the animal any live prey anymore instead see if it will lap up a calcium enriched baby food or yogurt, you may have to manually put some in its mouth but if it will lap it then do that.
