hey i was wondering if anybody else has had a problem with crickets eating the mealworms out of your geckos food dish. if so and u fixed the problem please let me know. thanks.

Easy solution. Quit feeding mealworms! They're junk anyways. Or...don't feed mealworms at the same time as you have crickets in the enclosure.

Or put cricket food in the feeding dish. Crickets are voracious eaters. when there is nothing else to eat, they will eat each other.

but the best is to put back the uneaten crickets back to their own cage, so that they can eat again. this ensures that the gecko will eat only fresh gut loaded crickets, as opposed to the starved crickets that have been in the dish.
