P. fasciatus egg incubation

Hi my name is Jim, I'm new to Pachydactylus geckos. Last weekend at a reptile swap I picked up two adult P. fasciatus females. It turns out that one of them is gravid with eggs. I was told that the previous owner kept them in a group with at least one male, so I have a good feeling these could be viable eggs. I have the caresheet, but it does not go into detail about weather the sand being used for the eggs should be completely dry or slightly damp during incubation. It says they need to be kept around 86-88 degrees during the day time, and lowered to 77-82 at night. I would appreciate any helpful tips or advice from anyone who has experience keeping & breeding these interesting geckos.

Completely dry sand. They should do well kept warm with no additional moisture.

I put a cup of water in the incubator to increase humidity slightly. Works well.

Thanks for the tips Harold and Chris...I really appreciated it! As it turns out it was just one pea sized egg. The smaller female layed in on monday its doing well on dry red sand. Keeping it in the low 80's at night and mid 80's during the day. I put a small cap full of water in the incubator. How often do the P. fasciatus females lay eggs?
