growing problem

hi, ive had my leo for a year now and he hasnt grown a bit.i feed him 3 nights a week and i let him run across the carpet for exercise.but still nothing,does anyone know what the problem is:sad:

are you dusting the food with calcium powder and vitamins? you should feed a juvenile gecko everyday with at least 4-5 crickets and 6-7 mealworms.

When he runs across the carpet is he running away from you? Do you have to grab him to pick him up and does he struggle? If so, then you could be stressing him out. My male gecko doesn't really exercise that much, just lays there and waits for food to come to him. If he gets fat I just lower the amount of waxworms or big crickets he has. It's about finding a right balance. I would say just to feed your gecko everything he will eat. Don't leave crickets or stuff in there with him though for a long period of time, as that could stress him out too.
