R.I.P River

When I got home today, River had sadly passed away At the pet store, I picked out another healthy, older, obviously eating (chubby ) Leo. I'm pretty sure it's old enough to tell the gender and I'm pretty sure I have a little girl, and her name is Nova.

River will be missed and hopefully all goes well with Nova.

Thanks guys. I brought River home two weeks ago and he never ate anything and was becoming very ill by saturday. We took him to the vet before he started showing signs of shakiness and bleeding from the vent. I was going to take him back to the vet yesterday but when i got home he had passed away I only had him from a short time but now I know how to tell a sick gecko from a healthy one, like Nova.

Did you use any chemicals in his tank. And did you make sure you sterilised the tank thoroughly before putting the new gecko in? If it was an infection then you don't want it spreading.
