eclipse? or not?

hi. i was wondering how much percentage of the eye should be dark to qualify as eclipse. i've only seen solid(100%) and half(50%) eclipse eyes, and read about 1/4 of the eyes still being eclipse. but i've never read anything which says a smaller percentage of dark area doesn't make an eclipse.

here is what i mean, it's like only 1/8 or less of the eye is dark. hehehe:

after going through hundreds of partial eclipse pix in google image search, i saw something similar to my aptor. what really bugs me though is even if they both appear to have albino eyes, the dark area doesn't seem to be red.
