Grandis open mouth breathing?

I recently acquired a young (6-7 month) probable female P M Grandis. She's doing well and eating well and everything. Active and very alert. Calming down with handling as well. So everything's going well. I read online they like high temps so I brought her outside today since it's sunny. It's only around 20-25C but as soon as I took her outside she began breathing with her mouth open. Is this normal? What does this indicate? I brought her back inside until I learn what this means.

Thanks for any help

This would usually indicate over heating. Did she have any shade while she was outside? I can almost guaranteed that over heating caused this.

That's what it looked like, but how could she overheat when she's 20F UNDER the recommended heat gradient (90F-100F from what I've read) for the species? This doesn't seem to make sense to me. Can you explain? She did go for cover under the grass which was cooler, yes.
