In 2008 my wife and I spent 6 months in Costa Rica. I spied this little guy early in the morning after camping in a waterfall/cave in the mountains (on the road between San Isididro De El General and Dominical if that means anything to you). One of the cooler looking lizards I've ever seen in the wild.
I'm confident calling it an anole but don't know much more than that. Any ideas on what it is or where else I should ask? Put it up here because I've been lurking for a while and have noticed this sight sees more action than most herp forums.
