U. Phantasticus legal in Hawaii?

Hello!

My mum has been wanting to move to Hawaii for quite some time now, but neither of us are willing to part with our Phantasticus colonies. Does anyone know if they are legal or illegal in Hawaii? Any help is much appreciated!
