Hey I was wondering about what uvb lighting and what type of calcium to use for my 29 gallon lined day gecko terrarium i'm setting up. would a good calcium source be this Zoo Med Repti Calcium - 12oz - Reptile Supplies - Medications/Supplements at BigalsOnline. And the uvb lighting would this be adaquate enough Exo Terra Repti Glo 5.0 Compact Tropical Terrarium Lamp - Reptile - Free Ship - PetSmart and there are 2 wattages of this bulb 13 watt and 26 watt which would be good for a 29 gallon for (Phelsuma Lineata) :)

the 26 watt shoud be fine, be sure to have an incadescent or halogen basking lamp as well. the calcium is fine, be sure to add some multi-vitamin dust as well.

just curious what bulb and wattage should I use for the basking spot and how close should the basking spot be to the heat bulb and the uvb bulb

I usually switch between repcal heptivite and repcal calcium with my phelsuma and uroplatus. great products. for UVB i dont really think it matters....repti sun, sun glo...i would reccommend 5.0 whichever you go with. If you are looking at compact flourescents a 13 watt should be fine
