adult size of C. mitratus and breeding season question

i have read various care sheets about the adult size of C. mitratus from max size of 4 inches to max size of 7 inches. what is you guys experience?
also when is breeding season for these guys. i just got some eggs from one of my females

I would say normal size is around 5.25". The breeding season is highly dependent on you. They breed when it warms up and stop when they cool down.
