Marcus' care sheet??????

How come I can't pull up this care sheet anymore??? Has it been updated at all? Can someone please post it again (Ethan cough cough)....

i saw that! i thought there was another one with a little more detailed info as I was searching in this forum and you guys kept referring to a link of a care sheet and every time I clicked on it, I would get the Error 404 message crap. hey and all the pictures from back when don't come up anymore, isn't there a way one can keep them on the database somehow so that they can be viewed for eternity?

That's pretty much it for a care sheet. Marcus promised to update it but never did. Over time he became less and less open with his information on this species. And now he doesn't work with them at all as far as I know. I suppose that I should make an updated care sheet one of these days when time allows.

As for the pics, I think that them disappearing may have to do with where they're hosted. If they're hosted on GU itself, they should be around forever. If they're hosted on a service like Imageshack, I don't know how long they keep them there.

yea i think that's what happened with the pics. that's too bad about the situation with markus, but it seems like silence is the preferred route taken by those looking to profit from the hobby as they see it as a means to a dollar and you wouldn't want someone else producing and selling a gecko that you intend to bank on. Maybe the forum isn't the best place for those kinds of people anyways imo. gecko keeping isn't exactly rocket science though and usually a formula for success comes with reproducing the natural environment of the gecko and meeting their needs.
