Is this good enough?

I changed the pricing tread into this because I couln't figure out how to move it or delete it so anyways For my setup I have a 29 gallon with screen lid as the enclousure a 52 watt incandesent bulb for heat with the bamboo being placed 4 inches under and another 5 so they can find their prefered temp I'm useing a 5.0 compact flouresent uvb bulb by exo terra for uvb and uva and a strip light for brightness. I have several bamboo pearches 2 to 3 inches of coco husk and a pothos growing all over the terrarium is this good enough?

Out of all the times I have been to Hamburg I have seen day geckos there once. A wholesaler had WC gold dust for $20 or $25. You're probably better off going through people on the forum or other breeders for CB animals.

About $5 and a swift kick in the junk from one of the Mods if you don't move this to the classified section.

Pricing is not to be discussed in the species forums.

@ Kevin...haha! I don't kick anyone in the junk! That's Hilde's job. But you are correct in that these types of quiries don't belong cluttering up the species forums.

wowow wait a second. it is important to know what you're up against when you want to buy a phelsuma. it's a good tread to inform beginner phelsumakeepers. the classified add is for wanted and for sale.

just my opinion. don't just kick or be rude just awser properly.
as he said, he is only 14 and a beginner. probobly very new to this world of keeping phelsuma and this great forum.

I rember back when I was fourteen, lots of enthusiasm and not enough money . Not many Phelsuma around then either
What species do you intend keeping in this vivarium as am not sure what 52 gallons equates to in inches or millimetres?

Personally I would not bother with dubia if I were you.If your going for a Day Gecko get a bright one.Try to get a captive bred ones rather than imported, they will be more expensive at first but are well worth it.The imported ones may be better colours but could have a host of problems lurkiing inside them.

Be thankful you have this forum and others to help you along the way when I got into phelsuma there was nothing and noone willing to divulge the secrets that I later learned were just plain ego's. Goodluck with your new phelsuma If your going to go for cbb then I would recommend klemmeri they are amazing to work with and now quite common and quite cheap.
TAke your dad to a reptile show then he can see that alot of people work really hard and its no joke or passing fad.
later kid

well he has a point to some degree but if you know what you want do not sway from it.If no one has them wait until you find someone who does.Although there are many great reputable breeders there are just as many shady types as well.
Just stick to your guns and you will be fine.
