i got a huge pet store display rack earlier this year (http://www.geckosunlimited.com/community/leopard-geckos-other-eublepharis/49646-whos-room.html) at first i was only going to use the top row as storage but now i'm thinking if i have it why not use it for an animal the dimensions are 5 3/4"(wide) X 17 1/2"(long) X 11"(high) i was told that a banded gecko and a viper gecko could fit. i could try and make and upper level but i still think it will be useless. heres a pic of it.

Don't think permanent housing for adults...think temporary housing for hatchlings. 5 gallons are perfect for various hatchlings. Babies have to live somewhere. Use the space for them.
