So I bought a Bibron gecko. when we got her the person who sold us the gecko said "she pretty much got out of her tank and was missing for 3 months". . . . I was like "WTF" did not think much of it.
Normally when you buy a reptile they need their space to get used to things.I understand that.
Well since we got her she hasn't eaten and its been 2 1/2 weeks. We never see her go after crickets or meal worms. Her tank is perfect.(Really it is.) Today we hand fed her, and she ate. Then I was wondering. While she was "missing" what was she doing and did she eat any thing at all?
Shes a good gecko, She lets us hold her. Shes very nice and likes to be held. (I know a bibron that is nice and likes to be held!?:yikes
We both thought she might have forgotten how to hunt. So I think for now were going hand feed her till she can eat on her own.
(Sooner or later I'll post up a picture of her ad her tank.)
