Egg incubation orientation

I found fertile eggs in my crested's cage today and was wondering if the eggs need to be in the same position they were found while incubating. Kind of the same idea with leopard gecko eggs where if you rotate the position of the egg the embryo will drown. normally I wouldn't worry about it and just keep them in the same position I found them in of course. One was found laying long ways like normal. However the second was straight up and down so the embryo has attached its self to what would be the top of the egg.

So my question is do I incubate one horizontal and the other vertical?

How long was it in the cage like that? If you candle it you'll see a red circle. Put that laying up. I doubt if it's really early the embryo has attatched its self. But if they've been in there like a week ya you'll have to incubate it the way you found it. I Dont even bother to really be super careful when I'm grabbing the eggs out of the cages I get them right after they've laid them so I just dig them out and re oriente them by candling as soon as I get them to the egg bin.

I'm thinking they have been in there for over a week. When I candled them they embryos were very defined. So maybe even two weeks before I discovered the eggs (oops!).

Is is going to be an issue with the embryo developing in the small end of the vertical egg? I would think that might cause deformities being cramped. Here's a pic of the eggs
