2 matings = 4 bad eggs (S. williamsi)

Hello everyone

I have a pair of S. williamsi that i bought last august. The previous owner told that he had bred them before, and they also gave me two good looking eggs last year.

This year though, its another story.
In the beginning of march, I saw them mate, and around two weeks later, she laid two bad eggs (soft, yellow, small, unfertile).
Shortly after, I could tell that she was with eggs once again, and this morning I found yet another two bad eggs.

It is normal that the first clutch of the season is bad, but two in a row? I have never tried that before.

I think the pair is from 2007, but I am not 100% sure (I have it on the paper at home though).

So, I guess the question is, have anyone else tried to get two bad clutches in a row? Is there any hope that the next will be better?
