lighting above flexarium

Dear All,

I have a 38gal flexarium with african geckos inside. I removed the inside lamp from the flexarium because I feared that when they move onto it could cause problems(I used 11w energy safe bulb). Besides when I spray the water droplet could reach the clap lamp. I used lighting this way almost for 2 years and it worked like a charm! Geckos move onto the clap lamp and warmed up there. Now I think I have to remove this lamp from there. Now I use a medium exoterra clap lamp hang above it. However my problem is that the distance between the bulb and flexarium material is too small. If I leave a bigger space and use a normal bulb than the light is going to be less. This would be ok but I fear that the material ignite on high temp for example with a 60w normal bulb. Now I use 26w reptizoo? (I dont know the brand) 2.0 which is ok as a lighting source but heating is an issue. Is there anyone who uses flexarium for heat lover geckos and solved this thing or have any idea on it? Tree dweller species..... So heat mate or cable is out of question.

Thx in advance

Noone replied so I made some change on the cupboard where I put a hook on it and hung the clap lamp on it. I use a normal 60w bulb which gives enough light for bromelia and heat for the geckos and this way no problem with the heat that the clap lamp cause.
