breeding behavior

I put my boy gecko in with my girl and she snapped at him . Now she sits in front of him and he has nipped a her tail a little but I think hes scared to approach her. They just seem to ignore each other. Is this normal or is my boy just timid.She seems willing now,he just seems like hes not interested

thats normal more than likely they bred and u missed it its almost impossible to catch and other actions u might notice is tail shaking in the air from ur male and nipping is fine as long as it doesnt get to intense

my male is crazy! when i moved him from one tank with 2 females to a dif tank with 1 female they were mating within minutes!!
