Flying gecko or Crested gecko?

I currently have a leopard gecko and I would like to get another one. I debating on whether I should get a flying gecko or crested gecko. I dont know too much about the two thought, could someone help me?

I saw your other post about handling the flying gecko as well. Though it is not impossible to handle them they do not enjoy it and it causes unneeded stress. So in my opinion if you are looking for something to handle and be more like a pet then I would advise you to get the crestie. Also if it is your first arboreal gecko cresties are a great starter species. It is my understanding that flying geckos are a more advanced species [compared to cresties] in terms of keeping.

Also- If you are looking for a cool beginner gecko for arboreal geckos pretty much any of the Rhacodactylus species are great. And gargoyles are essentially the same as cresteds in terms of care. If you have any questions about specific species just ask. Lots of people on here are very knowledgeable and willing to help. :)

I can only speak for crested geckos, but I am really happy that I decided on getting that species. They are easy to care for, so long as you can keep your house from getting to hot, and are the easiest gecko/lizard I have ever handled.
