Give him a nice, hot bath. Dont be afraid to make the water in the tupperware container for a bath too hot, Use faucet water, and feel for it to be hot but almost too hot, then start to fill the container. It cools down quick FYI.. Any tupperware container thats long and fairly deep should work.
:yikes:He WILL freak out, But I promise you, if you can get him to calm down, he'll really enjoy the bath. Just put your hand over his head, blocking the light, and cup it a little. Makes it so they can't see, and for some reason, that works for all 8 of my geckos, all of which LOVE hot steam baths after sheds.
Make the water deep enough so he can keep her head out, everything including 90% of his back should be covered with water. He should be fine once he gets his footing, or floats. I usually keep mine in between 5-15 minutes, depending on how the gecko reacts to the bath.
If needed, rub some of that skin off gently with a cotton swab wet in the warm water while bathing him .Sometimes it just falls off, sometimes you have to rub, ESP around the toes
