New rescues have arrived....

Ok so my two new Leopard gecko rescues are home and settling in (one male and one female-both 3 years old). Their conditions were worrying.
They were on some sort of sand/wood grind stuff with crickets still in the tank..... So I took care of that first. They are now on a small carpet & paper towels. Talk about impaction nightmare!! Also for all three of their years on this earth they have had no supplemental heat. They are now on a heat rope and hopefully can warm up their little bellies so they'll eat for me! I won't try to feed them until tomorrow night.
Their physical condition is sub par but they're not in any immediate danger. They both however have some pretty bad stuck shed on their toes. They both are missing parts of their toes from previous complications. Also Haku is missing a little bit of the end of his tail. I'm also going to work on the stuck shed tomorrow and give them saunas. They both are also very small. But I guess I'm just used to my giant... Yoshi should be renamed to Godzillla!! They do have fat stores in their tails and aren't very skinny so I'm sure they'll do just fine.
Otherwise they are doing well and both have very easy going personalities. Haku more so then Sen. She's still a little jumpy. Hopefully though with some TLC she'll warm up to me.
I'll attach the quick pictures I snapped of them before I put them in their new home. Also If either one of them is any special morph let me know. I'm assuming they're both normals. Haku is a bit darker of a yellow brown and his spots are brown more than black. Sen is a very bright yellow with lighter grey spots. Hopefully you can tell them apart in the photos. They are easier to tell apart in person.
Glad to have them here!!!
I'm not having any luck uploading pics from my computer so here's the link to the photobucket album for them. Be sure to keep your eye out for the one where Haku is looking out the little window! It's so cute! He's already a goofball!!

They have some pretty coloring! Really like the photo of the one with the head sticking out of the hind, to funny. I think they will really enjoy their new life under you care. They are going to be spoiled for life now

Thanks Andi! They will be spoiled! Especially if I'm their mom! I'm going to try to get a picture of Yoshi next to one of the small guys so you all can see how insanely huge he is compared to the two new ones.

lol Yoshi should defiantly be called Godzillla, even my heaviest of leos isn't as big as him so i wouldn't worry to much about size as long as thay aren't under feed. also thay both look like thay are normals, the color difference probably has to do with incubation temps.

Thanks Roy! I thought they looked like normals. Sen looks almost the same as Yoshi but has more spots and is waaayy smaller! Also, that's interesting about the temps. I knew you can incubate to get different sexes but I never thought about coloration being affected by incubation. It makes sense. Hope all's going well on your end!

yup lower temps usually equal darker geckos (at least in leo's). and other than being a little tipsy (need to lay off on the White Russians) doing good :)

Tell that to my Rixy he's so dark and got so many spots he looks black from a distance lol I incubate at the lowest temps. Loving the new additions to your family Yoshi's mom. They look fantastic :)

Here's the picture. The picture was taken with the two of them next to each other. I just rotated them to better show the difference in size. These were not altered in any other way! Look at how big Yoshi is!!!

Thanks! Good news! All of the stuck shed is gone from their little toes and they both have voracious appetites! They're gonna fit in well in this house! Good to see some healthy little leos!
