Caught her laying an egg

I put a vine in the enclosure and accidentally disrupted her sleep - looks like it was about her time to lay an egg. This is the second egg from her, I'm hoping for another fertile one. Shes laying it in the same spot - if she starts to cover it with leaves it I'll snap a few more shots. I never expected to catch her laying one, it's an amazing sight. This is the one and only time I've ever seen her on the ground. Her eyes sink in her head then bulge out, and she twitches every so often. I cant see her tail so it must be curled under. Shes young so I'm only expecting one from her like last time.

Doubles! And I found a third I hadn't noticed before. This makes 4 from her. Not sure if the third one will make it (discolored) but the other two are beautiful. Got them in the incubation viv. I do a tupperware container with clay hydro balls, water, screen, vermiculite, and vented top - in that order - then I place them in a viv that mists ultrasonic vapor and stays between 70-77 degrees. Hoping for the best.

That's great to see! I hope they do well for ya. I'm pretty surprised that you could accidentally uncover an egg, since they're so brittle. I would expect to break them before they were uncovered.

Pakinjak after I found the first two eggs, I used a nylon bristle brush to remove the top layer of substrate from the area. Like a mini archaeological dig. Who knows when she buried it.

The hardest part for me is actually getting the egg out of the vivarium. I lined up a set of small tools I could use to grab them, but I just settled on my fingers. Even the smallest minute amount of force in the wrong direction and its all over, so I try to put the incubation cup as close to the egg as possible.
