Do colors change/fade with age because i have juvenile with very nice colors. And i'm wondering if this color will stay with him or fade with age.

Your juvie's colors will change dramatically over the next year- he prolly won't even look like the same gecko. After they hit the year mark you shouldn't really see much color change.
My leo's tail has been changing ever so slowly though. The orange band at the base of his tail has been migrating and slowly spreading out and down his tail for about the last 6 months. But, otherwise they dull down with age but not to an extreme extent.
So, basically after they reach adulthood you shouldn't see any extreme color changes that you will see as your little one grows up.

You most definitely will see changes in colors and patterns during the first year when they're growing. Once they become adult, some of the common things that happen to them is they may turn darker. So say you have a tangerine, that orange may turn darker or even faded looking. Color changes are usually affected by their age, stress level, and temperature. You often see a breeder adult change their color a bit (darker/faded) during the breeding season.
