Did anyone here know these two species can be kept together???

Well from what I have seen, a Giant day Grandis and a mossy leaf tailed gecko.

At the Los Angeles zoo they just opened a new reptile
House they call the Lair and they have an exhibit that has
Phelsuma m.grandis and uroplatus sikorae.

It is possible but a large tank and naturally dividing areas with hiding
areas for each species is a necessity. I would recommend lots of
research for the requirements of each species you would like to keep. Also watch for stress and or aggression.

Hope this helps

I would think they would have to have a huge enclosure because the temps requirements are quite different for those two species.

Agreed. You would need a HUGE tank and this is definitely an advanced project. Leaftailed geckos in general are tough to take care of on their own.

And could you imagine if you were a fat and happy Phelsuma grandis cruising around your enclsoure and you step on what appears to be a branch and get the crap bit out of your foot? Or just terrified in general from what you can't see?

I tried to keep lineatus toghether with grandis in a 100 x 60 x 250cm (3,3x2x8feet). With the result that I lost the lineatus within a week. The lineatus was full of bitemarks after a night fighting and died. So: bad idea.

Sucks,... Bad idea to the people who are trying to do it.. I just saw this at the zoo and thought it was interesting... The set ups they have are rad.
