I got him/her (gonna call it a her for now), last Saturday. She was so super duper tiny. I weighed her when I got home and she was 3 grams! She'd been at the pet store for 2 weeks, but as soon as she and her cagemate were placed in their new tank, they got lost in an overlooked hole in a cage decoration. The pet store owners waited a couple days to see if they'd come out on their own, but they didn't so they broke the decoration and freed them. I'm suspecting that she lost some weight in that ordeal because by saturday, they said she'd gained alot of weight since then. I can't imagine, she is so small!
Anyway, I originally called it a "him" and named him Hugo, but over the past few days, I wasn't loving it. Hugo started to sound too big and mean. I also decided he looked like a girl, so tonight, I changed her name to Pixel. I like it so much better

She's now 4 grams, and spunky! She has a big preference for mealworms, so I have been giving her little bitty ones and throwing dubias in the bowl too. It took several days, but she finally started to eat the dubias, hopefully I can get her on mostly dubias soon.
