Perches: What do you think they prefer?

Do you think uroplatus prefer one perch over another such as vertical, diagonal, or horizontal? I tend to mix it up and provide a mixture for they can choose. What do you guys think? Seen an preference from species to species? I noticed sikorae seem to like diagonal quite a bit. My phants dont seem to care though have one that hangs out quite a bit on a horizontal perch in the tank. Lineatus seem like they prefer vertical over anything else. Thanks.

Mine have vertical, diagonal & horizontal branches, and are all over the place utilizing all of it at night, but during the day the Sikorae & Ebenaui all prefer sleeping vertically.....the Ebenaui do prefer sleeping on their plants instead of the branches.

Our phants prefer hanging in their ficus or schefflera during the day but use other thicker branches, glass, floor, etc to hang out at night, usually waiting for bugs.

Depends on the specie.

Sikorae, Lineatus, Henkeli, Fimbriatus I'd say more vertical, but they also need horizontal and diagonal.

Ebenaui, Phants, Pietschmanni, etc. I'd say probably an even mix.
