Fleas in Dubia Roach Container?

I've been trying to breed a large Dubia Roach population in a walmart bin container for about a year now. I've noticed recently that there has been a lot of small insect things (size of fleas) moving around all over the egg crates. Any one have any ideas what they are?

A picture would be needed to properly identify the bugs. Perhaps grain mites. But it could be a million different things.

I've read that if you are feeding them flour or grains you should put the bag of flour in the freezer for a couple of weeks to kill the insect eggs. Also it would help to transfer roaches to a new/clean bin once a month to cut down on the life cycle of the pests.
