Leopard Gecko : Update & Questions

Well I've had my gecko for over a year now and shes doing fine.
Now she is eating meal worms & super worms, although I'm
looking into getting her into dubia again.

Now onto the questions.
I was wondering how do I get her more hand-social?
I was also wondering why she spends so much time
in her cool hide? with the A/C on, in the mornings
when I check in on her she is freezing, obviously I'm
not watching non-stop but I look in and shes in the cool
hide?

I checked the temps the hot side is at 90F.

Are you reading the temp with a good thermometer?

Yeah its the yellow one with the probe by zoo med. By now the floor temps are at 88 F with air on

I am sorry to have to tell you this, but that is not a reliable thermometer. I suggest that you buy better quality. Temp guns are the best. You have to make sure it's not too warm for her under her hide.
