New addition

I stumbled across this guy at a local expo this weekend and fell in love. His name is Cosmos (due to the spots on his back that look like constellations) and he is a steppe runner. He's still growing (only about 4 inches or so), but he has quite the personality. Although still a little shy, it took no time at all for him to settle in and he is already running around his tank exploring

Nice looking Steppe Runner I'm setting up a tank for my trio this week. The are really cool pets I have been intrigued by this lizard since I seen it in May and learned it hit market this year in April. I have been looking to find other working on breeding projects or just people with them to help be get data on them for my upcoming project with my trio. I have seen full circles, broken circles, and some that seem to have a broken stripe. Today I was able to come across a female that had a red light pink pigment so leads me to think and Albino could lurk in genetics. If you come across any info please post there not much out there on them right now.

Beautiful lizard! My husband saw the article on them in my Reptiles magazine and like those little guys.
