flying insects?

Last night while I was cleaning my tokays tank a moth flew inside. Upon this happening I seen the best display of tokay mobility I've ever seen. Just wonder if there are any insects I could order online to get this kind of action from them.

A moth trap is pretty easy to make or there are numerous commercial versions?

It's simply amazing how fast and agile a tokay can be when it wants to. As Dan mentioned, moths are pretty easy to catch. There's like many species that are fairly easy to breed as well. I'm unsure as to their nutritional value though. Another thing to keep in mind is some species of roaches fly as well. Perhaps do some research on some of those as well.

Well, moths and black soldiers flies are good ones you can find. Some roach species climb on glass, which means they can reach tokays.
