What size Dubia for adult Amyae?

Interested in pacing an order for some Dubia nymphs, but not quite sure what size to buy. From the photos I have seen, even a 1/2in looks too big to be safely consumed by my adults.
I would greatly appreciate any help that is offered by anyone else working with these awesome little beasts!

Thanks for the advice!
Unfortunately, I have never seen a Dubia in person, and it appears they are about as wide as they are long when young, which still leaves me hesitant to make a purchase without feedback from someone who has used them for their Amyae.
I truly appreciate your time though.

They are much smaller than 1/2 inch when born, somewhere around 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Can you just buy smaller ones?
