Background: Hey, all.
Good to be back around the forum again. I purchased Kirk as a hatchling early this July, so he'll soon be seven months old. He's grown about an inch and ten grams every month since I've had him, and he's now 9" long (I used Swaddo's Herp Measure to determine this) and weighs 65 grams. He eats and poops daily and has no health issues, but I was curious about his build and size.
Questions: For his age (close to 7 months) and weight (65 grams) is he too thin? Should I try to bulk him up a little? He hasn't been putting on excessive weight, and I'm assuming it's because he's still growing. Also, while we're on the topic of growing, do you experienced owners think it's likely he'll still grow, or is topping out at 7 months possible? Is that normal?
Thanks for the insight! He's my first gecko and I know there are much more skilled eyes around here than mine. ;-)
