OKay...i have two leopard geckos.I own them about one year and 4 months.So i have some experience. 
I have empty self made glass terrarium (31 inch wide , 31 inch high and 20 inch deep.)
Its quite big... Problem is that im not home sometimes for 5 days(4 times a year). For lights i have timer who automatically tur on and off lights /heaters. And i have thousands of mealworms and superworms...so reptile will be well feeded when i am at home. so food isnt problem. Could you say what reptile could go for few days without food?
p.s it would be nice if reptile would be bigger than leopard gecko
p.s.s i dont want bearded dragon...they are nice but ... i dont want them for unknown reason
