Last night my 7 year old female leopard gecko was making strange sounds/movements in her tank so i look and she is on her back, biting right beside her leg. I lightly moved her over and she ran away. She is acting normal now. I dont know if this is a health issue, i dont know what it is i find nothing online about it.

She's not exactly on her back. Could she be removing a piece of left over shed? It will be best if you filled out this questionnaire.

she looks to be on sand I would remove that and use ceramic/slate tiles.
They will do weird movements while removing their shed, but this is bizarre
